GST

GST Registration

GST registration certificate is a valid document getting after taking registration under the Goods & Service Tax Act in India. Any business in India whose total turnover exceeds the threshold limit for GST registration is required to get registered under GST Act.

Certain businesses need to mandatorily get registered under GST such as casual taxable persons, non-resident taxable persons, etc.

Every taxpayer who has successfully registered under GST Act. The Gst department is issued a certificate in form GST REG-06. The registration certificate is available for downloading only on the GST Portal, and the government does not issue any physical registration certificate. The taxpayer is required to display this certificate at his place of business, as listed in the Form GST REG-06. This is laid down in CGST Rule 18 and any failure can attract a penalty of up to Rs.25,000.

ISI Registration

ISI mark is a certification mark for industrial items in India. Gumasta Registration

According to Commercial Establishment Act, 1948, gumasta license must be obtained by all employers having 10 or more employees. On submission of the application, the concerned officer will register the establishment in the register of establishments and issue a registration certificate along with the Labour Identification Number (LIN).

Gumasta license is normally valid for a period of 1 year and could be granted for a period of upto 10 years. Once, a registration is obtained, a renewal application can be submitted each year atleast thirty days before the date of expiry of the registration certificate for renewal of license.
